We are in the FINAL week of our Kids Heart Challenge, and we want to send a huge THANK YOU for all of the support you’ve shown so far! Because of you, our students are learning how to keep their hearts healthy, show kindness, and even practice lifesaving skills like Hands-Only CPR.
So far, Haas has raised $1,588.53 toward our $5,000 goal — amazing work! 🎉
We currently have 45 students registered, 6 students who have completed Finn’s Mission, and 11 families who have learned Hands-Only CPR. Every bit of support truly makes a difference for kids with special hearts.

Parent Drop-Off Safety Reminder
Good morning, Haas families! 💚🐾
We’ve noticed an increase in families parking across the road and walking students over during morning drop-off. We kindly ask that you please use our designated parent drop-off line instead of parking.
Crossing the road—especially in the morning when it’s still dark and traffic is busy—can be very dangerous for students and drivers. Our drop-off system is in place to keep everyone safe and moving efficiently.
Thank you for helping us keep all of our Wolves safe each morning by using the proper drop-off procedures. We truly appreciate your partnership and support!
Reminder, Haas families!
Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 11, is Student Count Day — an important day for our school! We would love to see all students at school and on time so they can be counted.
To make the day extra fun, all Haas Elementary students may wear pajamas to school tomorrow.
Please remember: pajamas only — no blankets, pillows, slippers, or stuffed animals so students can stay focused on learning.

To help your child fully enjoy the day, please make sure they come to school with all winter gear:

Good Morning Haas Families, please help us by making sure your child brings their full winter gear to school this week (coat, snow pants, boots, hat, and gloves). We will check the weather daily and will go outside for recess whenever the Real Feel is 10° or above. All children experience grief at some point during childhood. Finding words for big feelings can be difficult. Voices for Children has grief support groups that begin in March. If you are a parent/guardian interested in having your child participate in a group, please see the accompanying flyer to enroll your child.
