As families visit Haas for Parent-Teacher Conferences tomorrow, Thursday, March 26 (1:30–6:00 PM), we encourage you to take a moment to check the Lost & Found in the main office vestibule. It is currently overflowing with jackets, sweatshirts, and other items, and we would love to help these belongings make their way back home before Spring Break.
Please also remember these important upcoming dates:
Half Day – Thursday, March 26
Half Day – Friday, March 27
No School – Monday, March 30 through Friday, April 3 (Spring Break)
School resumes Monday, April 6
Thank you for taking a few minutes to check the Lost & Found while you are in the building—we appreciate your help!
We would like to share a couple of important reminders to help keep our students safe and our dismissal procedures running smoothly.
First, please remember that the Genesee School District is a smoke-free campus, including while inside your vehicle on school property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on school grounds. We have been noticing this more frequently and appreciate your support in helping us maintain a healthy environment for all students and families.
Also, for everyone’s safety during dismissal, please remain in your vehicle during pick-up. Recently, we have seen an increase of adults walking up to the doors to meet students instead of staying in the car line, which has created some unsafe situations for children. Staying in your vehicle helps dismissal move efficiently and keeps all students safe.
Thank you for your continued support in helping keep Haas a safe place for everyone! 🐾
Just a quick reminder that half days are scheduled this week on Thursday, March 26 and Friday, March 27 (Haas Dismissal: 11:45am), with Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday from 1:30–6:00 PM.
There will be no school next week for Spring Break (March 30 – April 3). We hope our students and families enjoy a safe, relaxing break!
School resumes Monday, April 6.
Thank you for your continued support of our Haas Wolves! 💚🐺
